Returns and exchanges

We always want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, you always have a 30 day-return policy when you shop with us!

Here's how to make a return:

  1. Log in to My Pages and select My Orders. If you have forgotten your password or do not have one, click on Forgot your password. If you have placed an order, you automatically have an account.
  2. Select the order you wish to return. Click on Register a return and specify the products to be returned and the reason for the return. Click Submit Form.
  3. Click Download a return label and print your return label, then attach it to the package.
  4. Seal the package securely. The product must be unused, and all labels and tags must still be on the product. Then, drop off the package at your nearest pick-up point.
  5. Once we have received and processed your return, you will automatically hear from us. The refund will be made in the same way you paid for the order. In connection with an approved return, you will be charged 49 kr. for the return. Remember to keep your return receipt until we have received your package. Please note that any shipping costs associated with your order will not be refunded.

Here's how to make an exchange:

To make an exchange, follow the return instructions above. Then place a new order for the product you wish to exchange for. You will then be refunded for the original item. If you paid by invoice with Klarna, it will be adjusted accordingly.

On each product page, we provide information about deviating sizes as well as fit information and the background to its design. We have also taken exact measurements of all products and their sizes. This information is summarized under "Size Guide" on each product page. To find the right size, a tip is to measure a garment of the corresponding type that you have a t home, and then compare these measurements with the table. Also, don't miss our product reviews, where you can get tips and insights from other customers!

Important Information About Returns

If you return an item that you have used more than necessary to determine its characteristics and function, Garphyttan Original AB may make a deduction of up to the total price of the item.

Refund

Once your return is processed and approved, we will initiate the refund process. This may take up to 12 working days. Refunds will be made in the same manner as your original payment. You will be refunded the cost of the returned item(s) minus a return fee of 59 DKK. Please note that any shipping costs associated with your order will not be refunded. If your order was originally eligible for free shipping and a return results in the order total falling below the free shipping threshold, shipping costs for the items you keep will be deducted.

Return of one or more items from a "3 for 2" offer

If you choose to return one or more products purchased as part of a "3 for 2" offer, the offer will no longer apply. A refund will be processed for the returned item or items based on the actual price of those individual products. If you paid with an invoice through Klarna, it will be adjusted accordingly. Afterward, the full price for the remaining products will be charged in accordance with our current pricing terms.

Complaints

As a consumer, you have the right to complain for up to two years after the purchase, but the complaint must be made within a reasonable time, defined as within two months after you discover a defect. The right to complain applies to defects that can be traced back to production and therefore do not result from normal wear and tear or the age of the product. If you want to make a complaint, follow the same steps as for a return but select complaint as the reason and describe the complaint in the text field.

We pay the return shipping in case of a complaint when you use our issued return label. Items returned by cash-on-delivery will not be processed or approved. In cases where we cannot agree, any dispute must be resolved by the Danish Complaints Board.

Transport damages must be reported within a reasonable time. If you discover that an item is damaged during transport or upon receipt, you must specify this on the waybill when you sign for the receipt.
